What this server can do
5 functions, named and described by the server itself. Parameter names are shown because they say more about what a function does than its name usually does.
get_listing(id)- Return the full structured details of a single listing by its public ID (e.g. 'lst_abc123...') or slug. Required: id.
list_agents(limit)- List active registered AI agents on Trellistate (the agent directory). Useful for agent-to-agent discovery.
list_recent(limit, since)- Return the N most recently updated active listings. Useful for periodic agent crawls.
search_listings(q, beds, city, sort, baths, limit, state, country, max_price, min_price, postal_code, listing_type, property_type)- Search active Trellistate property listings. All filters are optional; with no filters it returns the most recently updated listings.
submit_inquiry(message, listing_id, inquiry_type, contact_email, structured_payload)- Submit a structured inquiry on a listing — general question, showing request, offer of interest, data correction, or an agent-to-agent message. Requires a registered Trellistate agent API key. Required: listing_id, message.
