What this server can do
3 functions, named and described by the server itself. Parameter names are shown because they say more about what a function does than its name usually does.
skim_extract(url, preset, schema, instructions)- Read a public URL and extract structured JSON from it via Skim (skim402.com). Either pick a preset (article, product, job, review, event, table) or supply a JSON Schema (top-level type "object") describing the fields you want. Costs $0.015 USDC per call on Base via x402, paid from the wallet configured in the X-Skim-Wallet-Key connector header — this tool does not work without one. Required: url.
skim_read(url)- Fetch a public URL and return clean, agent-ready Markdown via Skim (skim402.com): strips nav, ads, and boilerplate; preserves the article body plus metadata (title, byline, published date, language, excerpt). Use for articles, docs, blog posts, READMEs, and research papers. Free tier is rate-limited; with an X-Skim-Wallet-Key connector header each call is paid ($0.002 USDC on Base via x402) and unmetered. Required: url.
skim_signals(limit, signal)- Fetch the latest items from one of Skim's curated intelligence feeds (skim402.com/signals): ai-news, sec-filings, deals, research, campaign-finance, film-incentives, crypto-news, macro, security, regulations, courts, recalls, launches, trending, energy, entertainment, studio-jobs, entity-formations. Returns structured items, newest first. Costs $0.005 USDC per call on Base via x402, paid from the wallet configured in the X-Skim-Wallet-Key connector header — this tool does not work without one. Required: signal.

Signals
These are separate measurements of different things. They are deliberately not combined into one score, because a popularity number that mixes website traffic with saves and stars cannot be checked or acted on.
